New Beaded Jewelry

As I have been knitting Nina for what seems like ages, I've been satisfying my need for instant gratification with a few cheap, but pretty beaded jewelry projects. The purple necklace was made with assorted glass seed beads and three amethyst focal beads. The necklace set is made with a mixture of carnelian, fresh water pearl, onyx, and amber colored glass beads. The amber beads unfortunately caught the flash more than the rest and so the appear in the photograph to be much more vibrant a color than they actually are. (And if it looks like I used an uncovered bed pillow as my white background, well, that's because I did. ;-) )
